Although the price will be higher than black steel, many foldable bicycle fans will accept it. Lightweight materials and smart structure design give a lot of conveniences, no matter for outdoor camping, off the metra, to solve the last 1km to destination。

How do ensure the accuracy of the cutting result?
If use sawing machine cuts the aluminum, the surface will distortion a lot. If cutting by laser, the cutting edge is good, but there is a new question, the doss, and slag inside of the pipe. Aluminum slag is easy to stick on the inside of the pipe. Even tiny slag will increase the friction between the tubes, making it inconvenient for folding and storage. Not only the foldable bicycle, lots of portable and foldable design products both need to solve this problem.
Luckily, after lots of tests of removing the slag on aluminum pipe, we finally use a water system during the laser cutting. It perfectly ensures extremely clean aluminum pipe after laser cutting. There is a comparison picture of the cutting result.
