After a four-year absence due to the epidemic,  Wire & Tube, the world's leading trade fair for the wire and tube industry and its processing equipment, returns from 20 to 24 June 2022 at the Messe Düsseldorf in Germany.

In addition to the traditional sawing process, laser cutting is widely used for the processing of metal materials due to its high precision, speed, and low cost of use. The exhibition organizers have upgraded the original sawing technology area and expanded it to include laser cutting processes, launching the China Sawing and Laser Cutting Technology Exhibition, which will showcase more advanced tube processing equipment and processes to help the high-end manufacturing of the tube industry.

In this exhibition, Wuhan Golden Laser Co,. Ltd. shines with its automatically developed 3D five-axis fiber laser tube cutting machine.

The three-dimensional five-axis pipe cutting machine can be swung in positive and negative angles, the cutting head and the pipe surface to form an angle cutting, so as to achieve the pipe bevel cutting process, compared with the traditional pipe cutting machine to increase the three-dimensional cutting capacity.

In particular, the customer can choose between a German LT cutting head or a golden laser cutting head, both of which can be used for 45-degree bevel cutting and storm cutting, depending on their needs.
