Interpreting the Energizer datasheet, it looks like you’ll get that 570 mA at around 1.3V, so the batteries are delivering 1.5W, and the converter (at 85% efficiency) is delivering 1.26W = 0.25A. That will take about 14 hours to charge the phone pictured. Which is about the maximum time the D cells will last.
